At BCS, our rigorous academic program prepares students for college and beyond.
Every 2024 BCS graduate was accepted to one of their top-choice colleges or universities with over $9.1 million scholarships awarded. Graduates selected Christian Universities, the University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University, with some going as far as Pepperdine or M.I.T.

The BCS Academic Advancement team guides and supports students on their individual academic journeys through personalized degree planning, strong requisite-based curriculum, hands-on college application guidance, and purposefully honed plans that prepare our students to excel at the next level.
We use state-of-the-art aptitude testing and planning resources to discover students’ natural tendencies, aptitudes, and interests.
Using tools like YouScience, IXL, and SCOIR, we support every student with college preparation and independence-based planning that’s tailored to their passions and allows them to meet their potential.
BCS offers 17 honors and 8 College Board Advanced Placement courses. We encourage students to pursue excellence as they prepare for the rigor of college coursework.
At BCS, our most rigorous graduation plan, Distinguished Scholar, reflects the core mission of BCS by challenging our students to be service leaders in their communities while excelling in the classroom with honors and AP coursework.
