Mission

Brentwood Christian's purpose is to offer Austin-area parents, students, and educators an education alternative that is... Clearly Christian

Clearly Christian At Brentwood Christian School Christ is at the center of all we do.  Christian educators teach from a Christian perspective in an environment that promotes strong Christian values and a life-long relationship with God.  This is best summarized in the school’s longstanding mission statement:

The mission of the Brentwood Christian School is to lead students to love God and to nurture them in a Christ-centered academic environment that emphasizes excellence and inspires them to develop their God-given talents for lives of Christian leadership and service.

As a ministry of the Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ, BCS seeks to promote and strengthen student relationships with Christ.

Academically Excellent
Brentwood Christian School strives to provide a school environment that emphasizes academic excellence. BCS seeks to hire only the best Christian educators and focus their talents upon delivering a dynamic, comprehensive, and Academically Excellent challenging curriculum. And, at BCS, we seek to combine the presence of this outstanding teaching staff and strong curriculum with talented, motivated students so that scholarship will clearly flourish.

Whether at the pre-school, elementary, or secondary school level, the goal is to make the BCS learning experience second to none.

Available to Many
Importantly, BCS seeks to make this quality education available to all who desire it. Brentwood Christian prides itself on maintaining a moderate tuition. The school was created to serve families of "ordinary income" and over the years has not lost sight of this key part of its charter.

Similarly,BCS welcomes students from a variety of backgrounds. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin. Also, BCS does not discriminate on the basis of sex except in religious exercises, as necessitated by specific religious tenets held by the institution.
